Warrina Lakes Learning Hub is welcoming space available to the community for tutoring, art workshops, support groups, etc. 

If you are a teacher and want to tutor children after school but not in your own home, please see the rooms that are available to rent below. 

If you are a musician or artist and want a space to create and educate, please see the rooms that are available to rent below. 

If you are an Allied Health Professional in Cairns and want to save your clients the long drive up for their appointment, please see the rooms that are available to rent below. 

Meeting room hire per hour is also possible. Warrina Lakes Learning Hub is an accessible building with accessible facilities. Please call/txt 0481 351 248 to discuss options and availability.

2. North East room 3mx3.6m no veranda = $89.23/week

3. South East room 3mx3.6m with undercover veranda = $119.23/week Occupied

4. South West room 3mx3.6m with undercover veranda = $109.23/week Occupied

5. Centre room 3mx2.5m with no veranda = $89.23/week 

6. Sewing/Craft room 3mx4m with no veranda = $109.23/week Occupied

7. Art room with sink 3mx4.5m with veranda = $119.23/week Occupied

8. Workshop 3mx4m with undercover veranda/carport = $119.23/week Occupied

All rooms include

• storage

• desk & chairs

• power/aircon

• glass sliding door and/or windows

• access to kitchen and accessible toilet facilities

Also included in the rental is a weekly workshop levy which means you can use the communal areas to run your classes/workshops at no extra charge whenever the space is available. The weekly workshop levy of $19.23 is based on usage of communal areas for a weekly 3 hour workshop, at the current not-for-profit rate, for 40 weeks per year, spread over 52 weeks = ($25x40)/52. Artists in Residence actual use of the communal area for workshops may be more or less than once per week for more or less than 40 weeks.
